The parachute of NAVRO's N28 was "folded" a week before the launch.
The N28 was transport attached to frame of the van. This is the upper part with parachute and electronics.
The lower part of the N28 and the empty rocket motor casing.
Preparing of the N28 happend the day before the launch in the van.
The rocket are checked physical the day before the launch and the flight trajectory is calculated.
One of the first things on the launch day itself is checking if the angle of the launch towers is according the calculated trajectories.
Three launch towers in a row: NAVRO, Persues and Dare.
The N28 is almost reasy to be launched. The lines running along the rocket body tube are of the parachute system.
The Aquilo rocket from InHolland is ready to be launched.

Sometimes the ignition fails and the rocket remains in the launch tower, like the R&C. Later that day it was launch (no pictures).

Princess Leia had fear of heights and also failed to ignite.
The Aquilo unfortunately crashed during landing.

Just above the launch tower things go wrong for the I&B as the rotor blades deploy way to early.

Model rockets can also be instable.
The rocket came down while the rocket motor was still burning a little.
Unfortunately the heath was lit on fire by the model rocket.
The fire department was soon on the scene.
The fire went on for a while.
Cleaning of the launch tower was done with a pressure washers.
A souvenir was left after cleaning.
